Vacancies with MOLISA

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) implements a project named “Support to Social Work Development in Viet Nam from 2010 to 2014”. Project objectives include: (1) to improve general public and policy makers understanding of professional social work and its role and benefits for addressing personal, social and health concerns; (2) to create an environment for social workers to share information and promote opportunities for cooperation; (3) to improve social welfare and social protection services for vulnerable groups; and (4) to strengthen the capacity of MOLISA to coordinate, mobilize and involve other stakeholders and ministries to promote social work development. The Project is supported by Atlantic Philanthropies (AP). The Project is executed by the Social Protection Bureau of MOLISA in collaboration with relevant ministries and other stakeholders. The project duration is 4 years and it is expected to start from Jan. 2011. Project office is based in Hanoi. Few field visits to provinces will be required.

The project needs to recruit four (04) project officers and two (02) project assistants (full-time), as follows:
01 national communication/education officer coded (MS 01) in charge of the first objective as listed above;
01 national legal officer coded (MS 02) in charge of the second objective;
01 national officer on social work coded (MS 03) in charge of the third objective;
01 national Admin. Assistant cum interpreter/translator (MS 04);
01 national accountant/procurement assistant/receptionist coded (MS 05)
01 project management facilitator (foreigner).
