Vacancy: Trainers to provide training course on project management and hospital management for provincial senior health leaders
Based in Yen Bai, DakLak and Ca Mau

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Trainers to provide training course on project management and hospital management for provincial senior health leaders to work for our Health Programme based in 3 provinces Yen Bai, DakLak and Ca Mau.

Main Responsibilities: To improving knowledge and skills on project management also hospital management for local senior health leaders at provincial and district level. SC is seeking two national consultants including one core-trainer and one trainer assitant to conduct one four-days training course on project and hospital management for local senior health leaders  of three province as: Yen Bai, Ca Mau, DakLak province. This training course will be conducted on May of 2016 in Nha Trang city.

Key Competencies:

  • Core-trainer:
    • Bachelor’s Degree plus 7-10 years on Medical or Public health. Master degree is preferred.
    • Have extensive experience in designing and conducting training course on Project management and Government hospital management (at least five years).
    • At least 5 years of project management experience
    • At least 5 years of instruction delivery experience
    • Strong competence and experience in project Monitoring and Evaluation.
    • A very good understanding of Vietnam health care system.
  • Assistant:
    • Bachelor’s Degree plus 4-6 years on Medical or Public health.
    • Have experiences on supporting to conduct training course.
    • Strong competence and experience in project Monitoring and Evaluation.
    • A very good understanding of Vietnam health care system.
