Title: Technical Assistance for Value Chain Development in Cao Bang Province (Services)
Maximum budget:  130 000 EUR - Performance period: from March 2012 to December 2013
The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development) launches a Call for Expressions of Interest for the acquisition of technical services to Value Chain Development in Cao Bang Province on behalf of Project VIE/029 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Vietnam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are any International non-governmental organisations (INGO) with a valid operational registration certificate for Vietnam, and specialised in value chain development technical assistance.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in the areas of economic development policies, rural economic development, value chain development and study, and application of different study tools and methods.

The start of the contract is foreseen for March 2012 until December 2013 (duration of 22 months). Interested services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Cao Bang Town, Cao Bang Province. The maximum budget available for this contract is set to 130’000 EUR.

Interested services providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The latter are available on request at the postal and email addresses given below. The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) INGOs evaluated as qualified and ranked if necessary against the selection criteria.
