Social Entrepreneurship Project Managers

JOB DESCRIPTION

Two Social Entrepreneurship Project Leaders (“the Project Managers”) are required to each finish the planning stage and start a social entrepreneurship project.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Each Project Leader should be a current or recent graduate from a reputable university with a high GPA, and have:

• Genuine interest in social entrepreneurship.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and intellectually curious.
• Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality deliverables within the time allocated.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, and seek advice/feedback at the appropriate time from a variety of people in a resourceful manner.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow straightforward operational procedures.
• Accept both positive and negative feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve.
• Windows-based computer and reliable internet connection.

COMPENSATION

To be discussed. The Project Leader will be needed on a mostly full-time basis for a minimum of three months, and then on a part-time basis.

WORK LOCATION

The Project Leader must be able to work at his/her current location, have access to a reliable internet connection that permits skype video calls, smart phone, and a computer/laptop that is capable of running MS Office 365.
