Services for Documentary Film Production

The Public Participation and Accountability Facilitation Fund  (PARAFF) is a grant fund and capacity building facility that seeks to promote public participation and accountability in law-making and policy development processes by strengthening engagement of social organisations in these processes at national and sub-national levels as well as in monitoring the implementation of these.

Since the launch of the first call for proposals in May 2013, PARAFF has provided technical and financial support to 49 VNGOs from 30 provinces and cities nationwide. As the project will come to an end in December 2015 the PARAFF Secretariat is inviting experienced consultants to submit proposals for the production of a documentary film on the programme.
