Senior Manager, Program Technical Support

Habitat for Humanity Vietnam (HFHV) is currently seeking a professional individual to serve as a Senior Manager, Program Technical Support. This position is responsible for

• The strategic development of programmatic approaches and models throughout Vietnam to ensure that HFHV is delivering relevant, high-quality, cost-effective and affordable housing products and services for low-income families in need of decent housing;
• The management, coordination, and guidance of the program technical areas including Construction Quality, Water & Sanitation, Disaster Response and Mitigation, Housing Finance and Design/ Planning/ Monitoring/ Evaluation.
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and processes which facilitate effective program support  and innovation.
• Identifies and develops partnership opportunities within Vietnam.

Requirements:

• Bachelor (Masters is preferred) degree in International Development, Development Management, Housing and Urban Development Planning, , Business Administration, Economics, or relevant to Civil/Construction Engineering, Architecture or other equivalent degree.
• Minimum 05 years experiences in program management, general management or related fields with responsibility for program design and evaluation, project outcomes, and leadership and supervision for teams or departments related to operations
• Working knowledge and technical expertise in designing and performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, strategic planning, and social investigation, multi-site evaluations, participatory planning and standards of evaluation and program development.
• Committed to continuous learning and self-development
