Request for Quotation: Photo-shooting Services

PSI is seeking a creative agency partner to conduct photo shooting service for PSI’s hypertension project and Contraceptive choice campaign. The outcomes will be used for PSI’s outdoor banners, posters, signage and other IEC materials.

Could you please study the creative brief in the attached files and send us your quotation paying attention to the followings:

1.          Use information in attached file to prepare your proposal.
2.          Submit Financial proposal (quotation) with properly sign and stamp. Indicate outside the envelop with:  “Quotation –Photo-shooting Service 2017 ”
3.          Submit your company profile with similar works
4.          Send your proposal via one of the followings:

• PSI office at 11th Floor, Vinafor building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi during office time Mon-Fri 8:30am-  5:30pm
• Submit softcopy to email [email protected] (preferred)

The deadline for submitting proposals is 12PM, May 5, 2017. If you cannot submit quotation on this date, please submit email for extension and state the deadline that you can submit it. We are highly appreciated agency can submit quotation on time.
