1. The Prevent and Reduce Child Labour in Viet Nam Project of the ILO CO-Hanoi is requesting proposals on Technical Capacity and Institutional Needs Assessment

In partnership with MOLISA as the key Government of Viet Nam partner, and its Bureau of Child Protection and Care as implementing focal point, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) is implementing the new project on “Technical Support for Enhancing National Capacity to Prevent and Reduce Child Labour in Viet Nam” (2014-2019) with the financial support from United States Department of Labour (USDOL). For the purpose of analysing and identifing the strengths and weaknesses/gaps, opportunities and threats in technical and institutional capacity of the key stakeholder organizations, the project is looking for a competent relevant research institution to conduct a Needs Assessment in order to effectively design the project stakeholders’ capacity building programme to ensure their effective and proactive involvement in action against child labour. Deadline for submissions: 5:00 pm, 15 July 2016

All proposals must be submitted in English to the ENHANCE Project CTA through email at [email protected] with copy to [email protected]. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
