Request for Proposal: SVC17-25 Creative for HIV Testing and Treatment Campaign

PSI Vietnam is now seeking a qualified creative agency to produce (including photo-shooting) an creative campaign to increase HIV testing among People who Inject Drugs (not yet on HIV Treatment) in Vietnam. Please study the details in the attached RFP and submit your technical proposal & quotation separately paying attention to the followings:

1. Use PSI financial proposal: SVC-17-25 Creative for HIV testing and treatment campaign (attached) and Technical scoring to develop your proposal
2. Properly signed and stamped your quotation & technical proposal
3. Submit Financial proposal (quotation) and Technical proposal in 2 separated and sealed envelop with title “SVC17-25 Creative for HIV testing and treatment campaign”
4. Send your technical proposal & quotation separately via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver it to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
- Send it via post to the above-mentioned address

Interested creative agencies should submit indications of interest (brief email is sufficient, no further information required) by 10 July 2017 to receive an invitation to participate in a verbal campaign overview and QA session with PSI in HCM or HN (depend on PSI’s final decision) during the week of 10th July 2017.

Final creative and financial proposals are due to PSI via separate sealed envelopes by 19th July 2017.
