Project Support Officer

Center for building Community Capacity on Environmental Protection (CEC) is a newly formed Vietnamese NGO. we are currently working on area of environmental protection and climat change. They are looking for qualified Vietnamese candidates for the following positions: Project Support Officer
Based in Hanoi, Report to Program Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Support in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of the project
- Provide support to implementing partners and project officers in budgeting, planning, implementing of activities in the project areas
- Co-ordinate with other operational functions of CEC such as Program team, Finance team and Administration team.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Program Manager and Director

Requirements:
- University degree in development studies, social sciences or other related fields
- Experience in working with NGOs or a good understanding of community development is an advantage.
- Being sociable, responsive, and committed
- Spoken and written English
- Good teamwork, coordination, and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel as required by the job
