Vacancy: Project Officer, Youth Economic Opportunities
Based in Ho Chi Minh or Can Tho

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Project Officer, Youth Economic Opportunities. The successful candidate will be based in Can Tho or Ho Chi Minh city with frequent travels to project sites. The successful candidate will be offered competitive remuneration package and opportunity for learning and development.

Main Responsibilities

The Project Officer ensures that Accenture funded Skills to Succeed project youth employment and entrepreneurship activities in Can Tho are implemented to a high standard of quality, on time, and within budget.

Key Competencies

Essential

  • University degree in business administration or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 year working experience in community development, preferably in implementing youth employment and/or entrepreneurship project
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude to team work
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
  • Commitment to Save the Children’s values

Desirable

  • Experience and/or knowledge of labour markets, particularly emerging ones including hostility, mechanic, trading, or processing
  • Experience of vocational trainings
  • Experience of managing consultants
