CONTEXT
The European Institute of Cooperation and Development (IECD) is a French non-governmental organization founded in 1988 and operating in the field of social and economic development in partnership with local institutions.
IECD’s main sectors of action are vocational training and professional integration, assistance to micro and small enterprises and access to education and health for the most vulnerable.
ADRA in Vietnam is a non-governmental organization which has been consistently and actively operating for 28 years, implementing over 200 development and relief projects across the country in various sectors.

The ADB-Viet Nam Resident Mission (VRM) was established to assist its Headquarters in the implementation of projects and programs, in project processing, country programming, and economic and sector work. It also coordinates ADB’s activities with other resident diplomatic and donor missions, NGOs, academic institutions, local think tanks, private sector and other members of the civil society.

Eye Care Foundation (ECF) is a Dutch non-profit, non-governmental organization working towards sustainable eye care programs in consultation with local partner organizations. ECF's objective is to contribute to the prevention and treatment of curable blindness and visual impairment. ECF currently works in 5 countries and its head office is based in Amsterdam.
ECF is seeking a suitable Vietnamese candidate with proven experience in the (eye) health care and/or NGO sector to fill the position of Project Officer based at its field office in Ho Chi Minh City
