MPKEN is a Japanese NGO. MPKEN was founded to contribute to the nation’s development through vocational training activities in South East Asian countries; Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. HP (http://www.mpken.jp/npo/)

We are seeking qualified Vietnamese candidates as Project Officer who is eager to provide principal assistance to the MPKEN’s Hanoi office, which is supporting a new vocational training program.
Job Title: Project Officer
Location: Hanoi
Salary: USD400?

Job Description:
- Project planning, management and M&E (monitoring and evaluation)
- Serve as government liaison and coordinate external relations (negotiation is included)
- Interpretation and translation
- Writing reports and administrative documents
- Providing support to the Hanoi Office relating to technical and administrative procedures, rules and regulations and tracking updated laws
- Marketing handicraft products produced by the women MPKEN is supporting
- Coordinating for national and international business trips
- Lead site visits and field work in rural areas

Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Japanese (Japanese Language Examination about 2 kyu level)
- Highly concerned about social issues and have a strong willingness to work on educational projects in Vietnam
- Great team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in interpretation and translation
- Having English skills is better

Duration of contract: 1 year contract (continual)
Start working: Negotiable
Work time: 8h/day (overtime work should be considered), 2 days off/week
