Project Officer

Pact is an international non-profit, non-religious, non- political and non-governmental organization that is based in Washington D.C, United States. Pact is currently working in 57 countries, implementing more than 100 programs. Pact’s main field offices are situated in 27 countries from which oversee all the programs around the world.

Through trainings, technical assistance, mentoring and direct financial support, Pact strengthens local organizational and institutional capacity to further development goals in HIV/AIDS, livelihoods, natural resource management, and other sectors.

Pact is recruiting the position of Project Officer based in Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province for Livelihood Extension Service project. The main objective of this project is to:

• increase the level of engagement with the households on livelihoods topics
• improve data collection and analysis of people’s preferences and options
• connect people with available opportunities
• counsel people regarding livelihoods prospects

This position is offered a ten month–contract with possibility of extension based on the staff’s performance and funding availability.
