Vacancy: Project Manager, the Alive & Thrive Project
Based in Ho Chi Minh City

They are looking for a qualified Vietnamese national for the position of Project Manager for the Alive & Thrive (A&T) Project in the South of Vietnam, which has been implemented in the Central Highland.

Job Purpose:
This position will be responsible for overall management and coordination of A&T project to ensure effective implementation and high impact of A&T project in selected provinces, in the selected regions. The assignment includes representation of A&T internally and externally; financial budgeting and monitoring of the assigned grants, working closely with partners for efficient programme implementation.

Key Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor degree or higher; MPH degree in nutrition is preferred
- 3-7 years management experience in related field, preferably in nutrition, maternal and child health care program 
- Experience in working with government counterparts, and multilateral agencies
- Solid understanding of the Vietnamese government system
- Skillful in program planning, monitoring, and facilitating meeting, workshops
- Proven experience in planning, monitoring program and budget
- Good writing and documenting project progress reports, and documentation
- Fluent in English (Spoken and written)
- Good communication skills, and team work
- Good computer skills; MS Office).
