VNAH is recruiting a program officer based in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai. The incumbent will support VNAH to implement a program to support people with disabilities and capacity building for disability related stakeholders and services providers in Dong Nai area.
Employment duration: approximately 2 years
Requirements: University education in international development, health or social studies; a minimum of 3 years of experience in disability, social development or health programs; proven experience in program monitoring and evaluation; must be fluent in spoken and written English.

The American Red Cross (ARC) Vietnam Delegation seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Program Officer to assist in the management of an HIV Prevention, Care and Support project implemented by the Vietnam Red Cross with technical and financial support from the American Red Cross. The project, in its fifth year of implementation, targets PLHIV, their partners and families, and high-risk groups, such as sex workers (SWs), men who have sex with men (MSM), people who inject drugs (PWID), migrant workers and youth in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Thai Nguyen and Son La.
