Centre for Social Initiatives Promotion (CSIP) is a Vietnamese non-governmental and not-for-profit organization. With the mission to promote the social entrepreneurship sector in Vietnam and to give Vietnamese social entrepreneurs a boost in making more significant contributions to social development in the fields of education, healthcare, environment protection, women and children’s rights, community development, and so on, the Center for Social Initiatives Promotion (CSIP) and partners are undergoing to empower Vietnamese social entrepreneurs by investing in and helping them to access resources and overcome challenges. CSIP believes the social entrepreneurs in Vietnam will be able to bring about effective, breaking-through and sustainable solutions to the social and environmental developmental issues of the country. CSIP is looking to recruit Vietnamese capable candidates for a position as follows:

Job title: PROGRAM OFFICER
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Report to: Director
Position status: Two years full time, renewable

The Program Officer’s (PO) main function is to promote social entrepreneurship movement by raising public awareness, conducting action researches and facilitating policy advocacy to develop an enable environment for social entrepreneurship in Vietnam. The PO will also assist the director in CSIP’s marketing and fund raising.

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in social sciences, development studies, business administration or related fields
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Track record of development and implementation of projects
- Ability to work and interact with a wide variety of people
- Fair knowledge and demonstrable interest in the development of social entrepreneurship in Vietnam
- Experience of networking and partnership building
- Specify excellent verbal and written English
