Program Technical Manager

Hagar International is a non-governmental organization, committed to facilitating the recovery and empowerment of women and children from extremely disadvantaged backgrounds, particularly those who have been victims of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and domestic violence – no matter how difficult the case. We provide direct client-based services in Hanoi and across 37 provinces, and build the capacity of partners in selected provinces to respond to implement Hagar’s trauma-informed care approach, to supporting clients in their community.”

We are now seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate to fill in position: Program Technical Manager based in Hanoi.
