We are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Policy Formulation Coordinator based in Hanoi

Main Responsibilities: To provide supports, assistance for PMU Director in terms of technique, management and coordination in the implementation of Component 3 of the project.

Key Competencies:

Essential

  • At bachelor’s degree in health or nutrition or public health, master’s degree or advance training in this field will be an advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience working with government counterparts, especially in advocacy field. Working experiences in reproductive health or nutrition areas will be advantage.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Solid understanding of the Vietnamese government system.
  • Good communication skills and team work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can stay in the field for extended period of time
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Good computer skills: MS Office required inexperience using statistical packages is preferred.
