The Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) is assigned by the Government of Vietnam to implement a project for “Strengthening the capacity of Vietnamese Government’s agencies in accelerating and improving Public Administration Reform efficiency and effectiveness”. The project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund. The outputs of this activity will greatly contribute to the evaluation of the implementation of GE in employing and appointing female civil servants in Vietnam, with an aim to gradually improving GE in human resource management in Vietnam’s public administration sector by making feasible recommendations.
