National Consultants for Revision of the 2005 Law on Environmental Protection (LEP)

UNDP Vietnam seeks 03 qualified national consultants for revision of the 2005 Law on Environmental Protection (LEP) including:
- 01 National Consultant to implement review, assessment and analysis of public participation and engagement of civil social organizations in environmental protection to support the revision of the LEP.
- 01 National Consultant for assessment and analysis of State management in environmental protection to make recommendation on a clear and effective demarcation for the revision of the LEP.
- 01 National Consultant for assessment and analysis of scope of regulation, objects of regulation and principles of the LEP within Viet Nam legal system to make recommendations on revision of structure, principles and content of the LEP.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
