Recruiting National Consultants to Participate in Project Strengthening the Impacts of Public Administration in Da Nang city

The project “Strengthening the impacts of Public Administration Reform in Da Nang city” aims at improving the quality and performance of civil servants and public employees in Da Nang city and improving the quality of delivery of public administrative services to the people and organizations through OSS/IAOSS mechanism.

In accordance with Annual Work Plan 2014 approved by UNDP and People’s Committee of Da Nang city, the Project will support Da Nang Department of Home Affairs (DOHA) in hiring these following positions:

• 01 consultant to support Department of Home Affairs in developing sets of toolkit for staff recruitment based on competition and merits;
• 01 consultant to support Department of Home Affairs in expanding the scope of application of performance appraisal model and developing position description in Da Nang city.

Work location: in Da Nang City and other locations required by Project Manager and NPD.
