Migration Health Physician

Employment Opportunity for a Migration Health Physician to be based in Ho Chi Minh City:

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for performing and/or assisting in medical screening activities in Viet Nam according to organizational, national and international standards and guidelines, which includes, among others;

• Migration Health Assessments;
• Quality control of medical results;
• Assisting in coordination and liaison with partners;
• Data processing and management;
• Perform such other related duties that may be assigned by the Chief Medical Officer.

Education/Experience Required:  University degree in Medicine with at least 3 years of work experience, additional specialty such as pediatrics, internal medicine etc., will be an advantage. Experience in migration health assessments or international public health preferred. Good knowledge of English and Vietnamese. Computer literate. Excellent communication. Capacity for independent work.

Language Proficiency:  Vietnamese and English – Any other language is an advantage.

Salary: Grade NO-A Position (UN salary Scale)
