Marketing Officer

Background

COHED is a Vietnamese NGO working as a social enterprise throughout the country to improve the lives of the most vulnerable communities and individuals. The organization specializes in public health research/intervention, sustainable poverty reduction and climate change response.

Position

In response to the new operational scope and organizational development strategy, COHED is looking for a candidate who is qualified for the position of Marketing Officer. 

Working location

• 30% in Hanoi
• 70% in Mai Chau, Hoa Binh province

Benefits

• Long-term contract with probation period of 2 months
• Salary scale: minimum start of 10.000.000VND per month

Scope of work

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing a marketing plan and products for social enterprise
• Analysis of the market for suitable products and services to meet customers’ needs
• Working with the Marketing Specialist to increase the social enterprise’s benefits
• Proposing initiative solutions and promotion strategies for the social enterprise’s products and services to improve its image and branding.
• Selecting and creating suitable content for promoting the program, including on social media
• Reporting and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities as requested by the Director

Qualification Requirements

• A minimum of a BA in Marketing or related fields
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in marketing
• Experience in marketing tour products
• Creative, dedicated and responsible
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Excellent computer skills and experience using social media
• Good professional and personal profile
• Candidates from 24-35 age-range will be given priority
