Marketing and Communication Officer

The Project “Strengthening the pediatric eye care services in the central region of Vietnam” starting from 2010 aims to establish a child friendly eye care center at Hue Eye Hospital to provide comprehensive and quality pediatric eye care services in the region. An initiative in social marketing to promote the availability of the eye care services at HEye Hospital and enhance the awareness among the communities in eye disease detection and the accessibility to suitable institutions for eye care treatment has been released by Hue Eye Hospital with support from Orbis International in Viet Nam.

Vacancy: Marketing and Communication Officer

The Project is now recruiting capable Vietnamese candidates for the position of Marketing and Communication Officer to support Hue Eye Hospital in implementing the program. The incumbentwill continue carry out marketing and communication works for Hue Eye Hospital after the end of the project.

Main duty

The Marketing and Communication Officer will  work closely with Hue Eye Hospital, the Project Management Unit, Orbis International in Vietnam and other relevant authorities to conduct activities of marketing, promoting and social communications on eye care services (with an emphasis on pediatric eye care services) that are available at Hue Eye Hospital.

Requirements:

• Graduate from relevant areas such as medicine and pharmacy, business management, economics, journalism, etc …
• Experienced in communications or marketing, sales (preferable in marketing for health)
• Well- organized and able to do multiple tasks
• Good at communicating/interacting and presentation
• Creative and good interpersonal skills
• Good at Microsoft application such as: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet…
