JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Construction stage :
    • Operation management for activities of the center by the delegation of the Board of Managers.
    • Actively plan weekly, monthly and coordinate with Project Coordinator to deploy, implement assigned tasks and be responsible for week and month report and represent in front of the Board of Managers.
    • Have responsible for managing staff on site and support for staff when needed.
    • Receive, categorize, classify and actively propose, advise for Board of Managers the process of recruiting staff to make sure conditions when the Center is available.
    • Update information for beneficiaries and grade schooler of the Center in the future. Proactively coordinate with social workers to proceed to receive beneficiaries and pupils in accordance with procedure criteria of the Center.
    • Coordinate with Project Coordinator to create plans and welcome guests, sponsors during their visit.
    • When there is commission, represent Board of Managers to contact to make administration prodecure, join meetings with Government Agency in Dak Nong.
  • Center operation stage :
    • Manage administration of all the activities of the Center according to the assignment from Board of Managers, guarantee activities from all deparments Education, Health, Vocational Education, Administration, Education and Operations Production with the criteria of the Center.
    • Proactively create plans for operations and monthly production and actively carry out tasks according to the delegation and be responsible for report to represent with Board of Managers.
    • Coordinate with Project Department of Maison Chance to create plans and organize welcomes for guest groups, sponsors during their visit.
    • When there is a commission, represent Board of Managers to contact to make administration prodecure, join meetings with Government Agency in Dak Nong and the Central Committee.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration or degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 3 – 5 years of professional experience and priority for applicants having experiences in social works, education, serving the handicapped.
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility. Committed to the work and volunteer spirit to share and serve the handicapped.
  • Willing to travel to project sites on a regular basis.
