The Ministry of Education and Training has received a loan from the special fund resources of World Bank (WB) toward the Project of establishing Vietnam Germany University, aims to develop the University becoming a top training and research center of Vietnam as well as a university meeting regional and international standards; Project Management Unit of New Model University Project (PMU) is looking for a International Procurement Expert during the project implementation.
