Consultants at PRPP Project - MOLISA

The Project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)" (PRPP). The Project is supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid is to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies at central and local level.

Based on NTP-SPR framework once it is approved by the government, Poverty Reduction Coordination Office (PRCO)/MOLISA proposed PRPP project to provide technical support to research and provide inputs to detailed design of component projects, circulars, monitoring and evaluation framework and manuals on guiding the implementation of NTP-SPR 2016-2020 component projects led by MOLISA.

In order to fulfill this mission, PRPP project needs to recruit 01 national consultancy team (01 team leader, 02 team members and 02 assistants) to support development of detailed design and implementation plan for component projects, circulars and manuals guiding the implementation of component projects under NTP-SPR 2016-2020 led by MOLISA.

Interested consultancy teams should send their personal profiles including (i) Curriculum vitae (CV) of each consultant –description of all details related to the requirements of this assignment and (ii) A technical proposal/implementation plan that compiles a tentative work plan, research methodology, tools, a tentative timeframe, outputs and task division, financial proposal.
