Consultants to Conduct an Annual Project Evaluation

AIP is looking for consultants to conduct an annual evaluation of the Walk Wise project in Kai county, China. A team comprised of international and national members would be preferable. Please see the attached ToR for more information.

The evaluation is expected to commence by May 15 and the consultancy work will be completed by 15 August. Consultants should produce a proposal for how the research would be conducted, any suggested changes to the research questions, CVs of proposed team members, and an example of previous report by the team written in English. The proposal should also include a budget that includes daily rates for all consultants, estimated time for all tasks, travel costs, per diems, and meetings with AIP Foundation.
