Consultant/Consultant Team to Conduct Vocational Capacity Building Need Assement for Youth

Organization: Plan International Vietnam, re-established in 1993, is an international child-centered community development organization working in 73 countries. Plan is working in partnership with local people; organizations and government bodies to help children in Vietnam meet their basic needs as well as expand their opportunities to reach their full potential. The Project Value Chain is a two years project (2018-2020), being implemented in five communes of Phong Tho distrist, Lai Chau province. The project’s overall goal is to Enhance the economic independence and empowerment of young girls (aged 16-24) women, youth and parents in Lai Chau province areas by integrating them into competitive and sustainable value chains. The project has two main outcomes: (I) Youth are actively engaged in new or additional income generating activities to increase their income, to enhance their capacity in decision making, and to be empowered; (II) Youth VSL members have improved capacity on businesses, marketing, making decision and access to financial services. The targeting at least 550 young people (aged 16-24), particularly girls and young women. Plan International Viet Nam is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant/consultant team to conduct the vocational capacity building need assement for youth in the project areas in Phong Tho, Lai Chau Province.
