Summary of the Assignment
The overall objective of the formative study is to analyze critical elements that would be required to develop an operational C4D plan that would support the roll out, implementation and monitoring of the SASSP areas. The formative research will address the following areas with recommendations on how the findings would inform the C4D plan.
