DAI Global seeks a local expert/consultant to conduct research regarding Vietnam’s Provincial and Local Government Structure and opportunities for donor assistance to strengthen subnational structures related to policy and service delivery.   The assignment includes desk research as well as key informant interviews with local stakeholders, with periodic verbal and written reports required in English.  The assignment is for 12 to 14 days total during the months of December 2021 and January 2022.

Funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) the project “Green youth Labs: Training programme for innovation and a socially equitable energy transition”.
