Consultant Team to Develop Training Manual

Organization: Plan International Vietnam is looking for a consultant team to develop training manual on life skill and soft skill for student attending the intermediate vocational training and short course at the vocational training center, aiming at supporting student to adapt with new environment and and readiness to work. (the detail of scope of work and requirement is attached in the TOR).
