Consultant Service to Provide Training Course on on Behavior Change Communication (BCC) for Provincial and District Level’s Health Staff in Yen Bai

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:
Vacancy: Consultant to conduct one four-day training course on a training for trainers (TOT) on Behavior Change Communication (BCC) for provincial and district level’s health staff. This training course will be conducted in May 2017 in Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop training plan and training curriculum (training handout, presentation, guidelines...) (1 day);
  • Conduct one four-day training course on supportive supervision for officers of Tram Tau health center and Nghia Lo general hospital in Nghia Lo town, Yen Bai province (4 working days + 2 traveling days);
  • Prepare and submit training report and recommendation for next plan (1/2 day).

Key Competencies:

Essential

  • Medical Doctor specialized in Obstetrics.
  • Have good knowledge and experience in Pediatrics.
  • Have thoroughly understanding in Supportive Supervision methodology in Household to Hospital Continuum Care (HHCC) model.
  • Have experience and skills in interactive training.
  • Have knowledge in health system in Viet Nam.
