Consultant for Pass IT Back Evaluation

ChildFund Australia invites Expressions of Interest (EoI) and proposal from consultants to evaluate Pass It Back, a ChildFund Australia-led Sport for Development program working with young people in Laos, Vietnam and Philippines.

ChildFund Australia is seeking a consultant/consultancy company with experience in quantitative and qualitative evaluation, with demonstrated experience in life skills programs, similar Sport for Development programs, and the role of partnerships in achieving development impact - with familiarity of national, regional and/or international sports bodies a significant advantage (ToR attached).  The successful consultant should also have appropriate experience in Asia and in delivering high quality, timely evaluations of international development programs.
