Consultant for Continually Implementing Project's Activities

Save the Children (SC) works to promote every child’s rights to survival, protection, participation and development as set forth in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.  The current programme focuses on the following core sectors: Health and Nutrition; HIV/AIDS prevention; Care and support; Education; Child protection; Child-focused emergency preparedness and response; Climate Change adaption Child rights agenda, including Civil society development, Economic opportunities, Child poverty Research, and Advocacy for child-friendly development policy and practice.

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:
Vacancy: A CONSULTANT FOR CONTINUALLY IMPLEMENTING PROJECT’S ACTIVITIES
Based in Danang

Main Responsibilities: is responsible for the implementation of remaining activities under SS2S project, ensuring the quality project activities and completing grant close and all other related tasks of the project. At the same time, the Consultant needs to keep good relationship with partners, vocational schools, consult with employers in private sector and formal sector for further cooperation in the near future (Please see attached Scope of Work)

Key Competencies:

Essential

• University degree in business administration or relevant disciplines; Master degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 year working experience in community development, preferably in youth employment and/or entrepreneurship development project.
• Experience in sub-grant management.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude to team work.
• Advanced level of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
• Commitment to Save the Children’s values
