Consultant to Conduct a Training Course

MSI is seeking a National Consultant to conduct a training course on Business Planning and Loan Management in frame of project named “Nonrefundable micro-credit pilot at Government Social Franchised Commune Heath Stations in Thai Nguyen province” with TOR attached.
