Consultant to Conduct Mid Term Review (MTR) Report for “Mobilising Domestic Resources for Essential Public Services” Project

Oxfam is seeking for a consultant to conduct Mid Term Review (MTR) Report for “Mobilising Domestic Resources for Essential Public Services” project in Kenya and Vietnam and facilitation of MTR Meeting. Please find more detail in the attached ToR.
