Consultant for Baseline Survey

BTC Vietnam is the representation of the  Belgian Development Agency. BTC is responsible for the formulation and execution of the Development Cooperation Programme of the Kingdom of Belgium in Vietnam.

We are seeking a national consultant to support BTC and the project team to carry out a baseline survey for the Capacity Development of Planning Reform project. The assignment is foreseen to take place during May/June 2015.

The Terms of Reference (TORs) of the study can be obtained during office hours, Monday through Friday: 8:30-16:30 by email to [email protected] .
