Consultancy Services at Irish Aid

Irish Aid has provided budget support for Programme 135 during the period 2007-2010. In 2011 and 2012, Irish Aid continued to provide additional grants to invest in small scale infrastructure in poor communes under P135. In 2013, Irish Aid committed to contribute grants from 2013-2015 to support infrastructure projects in 8 targeted provinces.

Irish Aid is now seeking to recruit a consultating partner to conduct a impact assessment of this funding support, and to develop a monitoring framework for the infrastructure projects Irish Aid will fund under the framework of P135 during the period 2013-2015.
