Consultancy Service the Review of Technical Design, Cost Estimation and Supervision for Construction Works

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:
Vacancy: Consultancy service the review of technical design, cost estimation and supervision for construction works in Lao Cai 2017 [Code: LC-2017-04-002]

Main Responsibilities:

The purpose is to engage a consultant to examine the technical designs/drawings, cost estimation and carry out construction supervision for the construction works in Lao Cai Province, as well as advice on the necessary adjustments to ensure that all technical requirements are met with cost efficiency.

Key Competencies:

  • University degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. construction and engineering
  • Experience in construction design and costing
  • Valid certificates for designing and appraising construction designs and cost estimation.
  • Experience in supervision of construction works at Lao Cai context
