EAST is an international organization implementing water and sanitation development programs in low income countries.

We are looking for consultancy service to conduct a final evaluation for our 3 years project in Thai Nguyen, Vietnam

Theme : water and sanitation

Competency required:

• Fluent in Vietnamese
• Development project evaluation
• Water, sanitation, social, rural development appreciated
