Consultancy Service to Conduct In-depth Gender Sensitive Value Chain Analysis of Cinnamon in Lao Cai

SNV is looking for a qualified consultant or a consultancy firm (Vietnamese) to work with SNV and its local partner in Lao Cai to conduct in-depth gender sensitive value chain analysis of cinnamon in Lao Cai at competitive cost in accordance with the terms and requirements as detailed in the attached ToR.

Interested consultants are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals demonstrating their ability to deliver on this assignment based on their qualifications and experience.

To get the formats for the technical and financial proposals, interested firms and/or group of consultants must send a mail to [email protected] to request both formats. Only proposals that are sent in the SNV provided formats would be accepted.

Deadline for submission of proposals is 5pm on 8th August 2016.
