Consultancy Service for Analysis of the Relevance, Effectiveness, and Added Values of the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey in Monitoring SDGs & the Situation of Children and Women in Viet Nam

UNICEF Viet Nam is looking for an individual national consultant for the consultancy to conduct analysis of the relevance, effectiveness, and added values of the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) in monitoring SDGs and the situation of children and women in Viet Nam.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Advanced degree in statistics, public (social) policy, development studies, economics and other relevant fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in MICS and other national household surveys undertaking in Viet Nam.
• Excellent knowledge of key global development initiatives such as MDGs and SDGs; and Viet Nam’s statistical system and statistics on socio-economic context.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills in Vietnamese and English.
