Consultancy on Documentation and Campaign of Disability Inclusive Disaster Reduction and Income Diversification Project

CBM and National Institute of Agricultural Planning & Projection (NIAPP) is seeking a Consultancy on documentation and campaign of disability inclusive disaster reduction and income diversification project in Kon Tum city

The project on Disability Inclusive Disaster Risk Reduction and Income Diversification for ethnic minorities of Viet Nam, supported by CBM Germany, is being implemented by National Institute of Agricultural Planning & Projection (NIAPP) and local partners for a period of 4 years (2015-2018) in Kon Tum, the Central Highland, Viet Nam. Overall goal of the Project is to enhance the resilience to disaster risk reduction of the people including disable people in 11 wards and communes of Kon Tum city, Kon Tum province of Vietnam.

The objectives of the consultancy are to document project activities about disability-inclusive disaster risk reduction and to support to carry out campaign for disability-inclusive livelihood models with good practices for lessons learnt.

The scope of work; expected deliverables and other information are described in the ToR.  It is expected to implement and completed the scope of work within 40 days from 15/11 until 25/12/2017.

The applicant’s team should have the following qualifications:

• A degree in the field of Arts; Industrial Arts or Marketing Communication;
• A minimum of five years of professional experience in development communication, public relations, marketing or a related field;
• Capability and proven experience both in hand-drawn and graphics illustrations and photography;
• Familiarity with brand development;
• Ability and proven experience in multi-tasking, in taking initiative and working effectively under pressure; and
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
