Consultancy to Conduct the Intervention Modality Review of the Professional Teacher Meeting (PTM) in Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Project in Gia Lai Province

To provide Plan Vietnam, Plan International Australia and New Zealand Aid Program (NZAP) with an evidence base for advocating to donors, government and partners, with three main contents: Description of PTMs operation; assessment of its performance, relevance, impacts and implications applied in the 4 primary schools of Gia Lai ECCD project; and recommendations in improving the primary school quality as well as demonstrated evidence for possible replication in the disadvantaged areas, in a whole province, and MOET can apply this modality to other provinces; Plan Vietnam is seeking a consultant/team to conduct the Intervention modality review of the PTM in ECCD project in Gia Lai province.
