Vacancy: Child Sponsorship Operation Coordinator
Based in Hanoi

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for the position of Child Sponsorship Operation Coordinator to work for our Hanoi Office. The successful candidate will be based in Hanoi.

Main Responsibilities: Work closely with the Sponsorship Manager and Field Coordinator to meet all sponsorship-related objectives in their country office; ensures that sponsorship resources are focused on reaching strategic objectives, retaining sponsors and adhering to all internal and external standards.  

Key Competencies:

Essential

• University degree in social science, development studies, or business administration
• At least 3-years experience in relevant field
• Demonstrable skills in planning, organisation, monitoring and reporting
• Proven facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Good staff management and budget management skills
• Excellent in English
• Good computer skills including MS Office

Desirable

• Experience in Sponsorship Operations Management
• Proven capacity to build and maintain effective partnerships with local partners
• Experience working with children and community-based interventions of INGOs
• Flexible and adaptive to dynamic changes and fast-paced work environment
