Pact is an international non-profit, non-religious, non- political and non-governmental organization that is based in Washington D.C, United States. Pact is currently working in 57 countries, implementing more than 100 programs. Pact’s main field offices are situated in 27 countries from which oversee all the programs around the world.

Through trainings, technical assistance, mentoring and direct financial support, Pact strengthens local organizational and institutional capacity to further development goals in HIV/AIDS, livelihoods, natural resource management, and other sectors.

Pact is recruiting a Chief of Party (COP) and a Technical Director, HIV/AIDS for an upcoming USAID-funded program that aims to strengthen human, organizational, and systems capacity to lead the national HIV and AIDS response and deliver innovative enhancements in HIV and AIDS services in Vietnam. The project will provide direct service delivery and technical assistance to key stakeholders in target provinces and facilitate transition of USAID-supported HIV and AIDS services to the Vietnam provincial governments.
