Call for Application of Website Update

Project Integration of Gender Equality in Decent Work Legislation and policies in Vietnam is seeking a national consultant or a team of consultants or a company to upgrade the web page named: http://vsfo.molisa.gov.vn through the update of the technological features of the site and the inclusion of new contents making use of new ICTs. See the ToR for details.

Services required:

• To assess the current web page and propose a plan for renovation including new design, structure and other technological features.
• To create a communication channel between the project stakeholders for them to share documents, materials, experiences, new policies related to legislation, decent work and gender issues.
• To disseminate project activities; promote its spread and influence

Application:

The Technical proposal should include–but not limited to-the following outline:

1. Understanding of the TORs
2. Scope of work and Approach proposed
3. Main Features of the Upgraded Web (including information about the proposed content, design and technological features)
4. Financial Proposal (including only the cost of the consultancy)
5. Experience of the consultant/s (including samples of similar websites recently created)
6. List of referents

Deadline to receive applications is 9th November 2014.
