Job title: Business Integrity Volunteer
Starting Date: ASAP
Reporting to: Manager, Business Integrity
Position Type: Vietnamese national post, full-time (5 working days/week).
Contract duration: 3 months with a possible 3 months extension

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Manager – Business Integrity, the Volunteer will assist the business integrity team in delivering technical support to Company(ies) for the development and implementation of integrity programmes (at both group and individual level) according to TT & TI principles and guidelines. These duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with assessment and designing corporates’ internal controls and procedures
• Assisting with the adaptation of business integrity tools for use by companies in Vietnam based on existing Transparency International tools
• Assisting in organising seminars and workshops with businesses and business groups
• Drafting of reports as necessary for approval of Manager, Business Integrity
• Any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Skills and requirements:

• Under graduate degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or another relevant field
• Good writing, translating and communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Previous experience in organising workshops and meetings will be an advantage
• Knowledge about business sector and related business integrity issues in Vietnam will be an advantage
